Why Choose Advanced Air Care

We don’t move dust around. We pull it out of your home under negative pressure, show you before-and-after photos, and tell you plainly what your ducts need.

Years of dust settle in the branch lines, the trunk and the return. When the PowerVac switches on, the whole system goes under negative pressure and the debris travels out to the truck, not into your rooms. Agitation tools loosen buildup in every supply branch and the return trunk, not just the vents you can see.

  • 22+ years of experience
  • Comprehensive HVAC cleaning
  • Healthier, cleaner air
  • Improved energy efficiency
  • Fire safety for dryer vents
  • Residential & Commercial Expertise

The question on every one of our trucks

What’s in the air you breathe?

Every time your furnace or air conditioner runs, the air in your home travels through the ducts and back out of the vents. Whatever has settled in there rides along with it, into the bedrooms, the nursery and the family room.

The Clean Air Reset Package

Clean it. Seal it. Keep it clean.

Cleaning alone removes the dust that’s there today. If your ducts leak, they keep pulling attic dust, insulation fibers and basement moisture back in. Aeroseal closes those leaks from the inside, so the clean lasts.

  1. Air duct interior before and after source-removal cleaning
    Step 1

    The Clean

We remove the legacy dust. Years of accumulation and biological contaminants are professionally extracted from your system.

  2. Air Duct Repair Aeroseal
    Step 2

    The Seal

We lock the “outside” air out of your “inside” air. Using specialized tech, we create an airtight barrier that prevents re-contamination.

  3. Ceiling supply register after an air duct cleaning and filter upgrade
    Step 3

    The Shield

Hospital-grade filtration that finally works because air is actually reaching the filter instead of leaking through the attic.

Cleaner air for the moments that matter

Breathe Clean, Stay Healthy

Whatever settles in your ducts gets blown back into your rooms every time the furnace or AC runs. Clean ducts mean cleaner air in every room, not just the one you dusted.

Meet the PowerVac

A duct cleaning machine the size of a truck. Because it is one.

Portable shop vacs can’t move enough air to clean a whole system. Our truck-mounted PowerVac pulls 16,000 cubic feet of air per minute, so the dust we loosen goes straight out of your home.

16,000 cu ft / minute That’s all the air in a 2,000 sq ft home with 8 ft ceilings, pulled out every single minute.

Built for Michigan homes

Michigan furnaces work hard from the first cold snap in October until spring, and summer brings humid basements and long AC runs. That’s a lot of air through the same ducts. We’ve cleaned and sealed them across Metro Detroit since 2004.

Air duct cleaning questions, answered

Straight answers from a team that has cleaned Metro Detroit ductwork for more than 22 years.

How often should air ducts be cleaned?

There’s no single schedule for every home. The EPA suggests cleaning when there’s visible mold growth inside the ducts, signs of insects or rodents, or so much dust and debris that it blows out of the registers. Homes with pets, allergy or asthma sufferers, smokers, recent renovations or older ductwork usually need it more often. Read our guide: How Often Should You Have Your Air Ducts Cleaned?

What makes your duct cleaning different?

We clean from a truck-mounted PowerVac rated at 16,000 CFM instead of a portable machine. The whole duct system is put under negative pressure, every branch and trunk line is agitated, and the debris travels straight out to the truck. Every job follows the same 9-step process and you get before-and-after photos.

What is the difference between duct cleaning and Aeroseal?

Duct cleaning removes the dust and debris that has already built up. Aeroseal seals the leaks that let new dust, insulation fibers and basement moisture get pulled into the ducts. We always clean first, because the sealant needs clean metal to bond to.

How much leakage does Aeroseal actually seal?

On our five most recent certified Macomb County jobs, Aeroseal reduced measured duct leakage by 95.9% on average, from about 32.6% of the system’s airflow down to 1.3%. Every job ends with a printed certificate showing your own before-and-after numbers. How Aeroseal works.

How much does air duct cleaning cost?

It depends on the size of your home, how many furnaces you have and the condition of the ductwork, so we give every customer a free quote. Check our current specials before you book.
